YHJV is trying to understand the pain point of the Joint Venture process and assist the landlords and societies for better utilization of the current property. We find that many landlords and societies are not able to redevelop their property due to high construction costs or no income source.
YHJV will lead them to have a normal life despite having a good land parcel. We are helping our clients to maximize their property potential by spending any money.
